dshall
When using point to point dimensions I do not want the cross to print. Can this be done? I do not think so, it will print, however, you can always resize so it is essentially non existent.
ACADuser
Can you resize the style so all are small?
DavidJPotter
You can resize them or just make them white which will get your intended result. Every object large or small has a dialog box where that object can be edited. DJP

Alaskan_Son
You could also optionally group select those points by switching to the Point Marker tool and just put them on their own layer if you want to keep them but don't want them to print. LewisConDev
You have to select the marker itself, then set its size to 0" - however you may still end up with a dot, so you can also set the marker's line style to the "Invisible" style.
ACADuser
Thanks for all the tips, setting size to 1 or 1/2 helps a lot. Looked but did not find Line Style "Invisible" ?
Alaskan_Son
It's about two thirds of the way down the list. Just looks blank like one of the lines is missing.
ACADuser
Oh I see it now. Wow it laterally makes it invisible. Don't like that so much. Why oh why can't we have a non plotting line style that is visible?

LewisConDev
After another short experiment, it turns out you can also assign the markers to a different layer, so you can show the dimension but hide the object it's dimensioned to.
