I am helping a fellow CA user (their plan file) in the area and we all use settings differently. When I build the fdn the caps are not sitting on the stem wall tops. I would test it outside the existing model in the same drawing. Draw a small 4 sided room somewhere away from the model with the same wall types as the plan. My first thought was that you have a ponywall set up with an airgap for the upper wall, but I seem to remember that wall caps with pony walls usually put the wall cap on top of the lower wall anyway.
