'Extend Terrain to Horizon' - where did it go?

Past versions of Chief included a option called 'Extend Terrain to Horizon' in the camera DBX. I finally came across a use for this function but now I can't find it in the camera DBX or anywhere else the help index tells me to look.

It's at the bottom of the Camera panel:

I think it only shows up in a perspective camera and not an orthographic one.  Also, it won't do anything unless you have a terrain perimeter.

Yes you do. Scroll your specification window, it's right below Hide Camera-Facing Exterior Walls:
