DBCooper
The only tricky part with using a downloaded picture like those is whether or not the lighting is uniform and if the material texture "repeats". If it doesn't, then it will look terrible. If you are good with photo editing software, you can make almost any texture look ok. Other than that, it is just a matter of making a new material that uses the picture for the texture and then making sure you have a pattern that matches. Lot's of info on how to do this in these tech articles and videos: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-00767/creating-a-new-material.html https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/article/KB-01006/customizing-a-library-material.html https://www.chiefarchitect.com/support/category/8/materials.html https://www.chiefarchitect.com/videos/playlists/170/materials-patterns-textures.html You can also make your own materials in X17 using the new "material builder" tool. That can be a bit more involved but there is a video on how to use it here: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/videos/watch/10301/custom-tile-materials-new-material-builder.html If all else fails, just find a brick material in the library that looks close enough. I downloaded your first image to my desktop and renamed it Glen Gery Brick, then opened a Chief file, selected Brick 4 as my Default exterior wall, drew four walls, opened the brick material by going to 3D > Materials > Plan Materials..., made a copy of Dark Red Brick and named it Glen Gery brick, then changed the Texture Source to the brick file I downloaded, which automatically places a copy of the image file in the Material Data folder. You can then delete the desktop file. I had to change the scale since the brick was about 1" tall. I changed the X Scale to 60" which got it close but you'll want to play around with that to make it accurate. Also, the size, scale, and proportions of the Pattern will need to be adjusted. I also deleted the stock Bump and Normal maps, which didn't work with this image, because I don't get into all that. It's a nice seamless texture:
