Perspective Camera Views Changing From Layout to PDF (Odd Mirror Reflections?)

This has happened to me on a few occasions - not sure if it's a glitch or something in my camera settings. Tried changing camera angles, tried a different mirror material out of the library, all to no avail.

How it looks on my layout file:

How it looks on the PDF:

Are you using live cameras to your layout?  I've run into a issues in the past with performance when my users send active cameras to the layout; but nothing like this.  Personally, I would rather send a static image to the layout.  You should give running your view, exporting the image and then bring that image into your layout a try.

Hi Caitlin,

A couple thoughts.

Are you using the print to Chief pdf in the print dialog?

Have you deleted and resent the view?

Have to tried to send it to layout as a picture, not live view?

Hi,

Yes, using "Chief Architect Save As PDF". Yes, I've tried deleting and resending.

Seems like the consensus is to just send as a picture to layout or save as a picture and import. I'll do that as a workaround in these instances.

Thanks all :)

Ah, here's what the exported image looks like:

I guess I'll be sending to layout as an image instead - that seems to have worked.
