Window/door lintel bevel angle?

Is there a way to achieve this with the Lintel tab in the DBX or is this going to be a custom solid?

Solid.  We have the wrap option for lintels, but what you are showing seems like a jigsaw cut on a flat board, not a return (wrap).

I think this will become my next suggestion. We should be able to have lintel control similar to rafter tails. I tried to fake it with a bevel casing and the wrap but the result is not what I would expect.

You can easily add that as a Treatment > Exterior Millwork Above Casing. Create the symbol using a 3d solid or whatever tool works best for your style, convert it to millwork and add it to the library.

Make sure you are using an Exterior Lintel (no profile, width = 0"), then add the treatment and adjust the width as needed.

I am trying to do this..... is there a trick to how you draw the symbol? I have followed the steps but the top piece is not oriented correctly and is extruded like the attached. I have tried changing the orientation of the millworker symbol, but I am not having any luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out.

 

You have to draw the profile in the elevation view. The more you know.
