HumbleChief
Been working on this for no less than an hour and can't seem to get it right. Any help greatly appreciated. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/xiummhhsepflm3x7v8w3o/MUNTIN-PLAN.plan?rlkey=iiymodnpdpfwv0cbc7evfxtne&dl=
Solution GeneDavis Posted Wednesday at 06:03 PM Solution Share Posted Wednesday at 06:03 PM Select the window after creating the custom muntin array. Go to Lites. Change muntin width to something else. Worked for me. As for your connection issue, I've no clue. Try dividing the arc into three segments, then making each side polyline a side arc and a vertical. The center segment arc is all by itself. Then block the three p'lines and see if the verts join to the arcs OK.

I'll probably not mess with the connection issue right now but will keep your idea in mind.
Gawdzira
sort of better? The line is a funky continuous line to avoid the gapping at the verticals. The line length of the muntin must pass the window stop and get in as far as the sash.
