Creating samples on cover sheet

Scott recently did a webinar and he used this cover sheet showing a bath project. This may seem silly, but I want to show my finish samples the way he did but I can't figure out he showed them at an angle. Any suggestions? I attached a pic of the sheet.

Pretty sure that is just a 3D perspective view of some solids with materials applied and sent to layout then some text labels in layout.

Attached is a simplified “materials & objects” plan (X15) I use for each of my projects.  I bring this forward into each new project and then update it to reflect the materials or other items (like cabinets, islands or vanities) I want to render out for layouts or just to render the individual object.  The cameras are saved to make it relatively easy to update and obtain the view I’m after.  Hope this helps.
