wolfgang34
I like to add music to my walk-throughs. CA support says, "we don't have this functionality" Well, I kind of knew that, but that was all the answer I got. Does anybody know how to do this as a "peripheral" to Chief? Dennis_Gavin
I imagine a movie program can open the file and add music. Never tried it. Maybe others will "chime" in soon.
VisualDandD
You can just use windows live movie maker. (free). I run all my walk-throughs through it anyway even if I dont add sound. They all come out about 1gb+ / min. I run them though movie maker and save as a MP4. This reduces the size to about 20mg for HD size.
kMoquin
Youtube will let you add a music track. I know there is a selection of tunes there. I do not know if you can upload your own.
Gawdzira
Not that you asked but do be mindful of copyright when using music that you don't own. If your video ends up on the internet you could find yourself in hot water if you have used the video to market yourself.
McQueen3D
I used to get my music from a company called "Opuzz"... they sell generic background music for a reasonable price. I have 2 CD's worth. I used to rip a track to combine with my walk-through video and my title slides in Windows Movie Maker or Pinnacle Studio. I'd still do it for a few bucks each. Solution javachip24k Posted January 16, 2015 Solution Share Posted January 16, 2015 I use Camtasia Studio, do your rendering, then drop into Camtasia add the music and combine the two. Easy and effortless.
