Zoom / Pan in Layout Box X14

i just noticed / discovered this today, in X14.

was this already there pre X14 ??

 

what a great Tool.  Zoom / Pan in Layout Box.

I'm still looking for a place to use it! Wouldn't a tool that aligned drawings be more useful?

Even in a template plan, one still needs to remove floorplans and then replace them so that each plan view is in the same place from page to page.

Or if Elevation views could be auto aligned vertically or horizontally when on the same page.

i use anyone one of the Level to compose it in my Box Layout (wether it's Level 0, 1, 2..use the level that largest footprint)

 

then Copy & Paste Into place, that LAyout Box on the next sheet

Open the LAyout Box Spec....& change the Floor Level Option >Current Floor > to what next Level you want.

Use that tool to move it how you want it copy your to next page and paste.
