3D views, road outside terrain perimeter

Is there any way to display the roadway in a 3D view if it is outride the Terrain Perimeter?  Or any other objects for that matter?

I usually make my Terrain larger than the actual building lot and then designate the lot with a thin Terrain Feature.

Not that I am aware of , so I do what Glen does and don't use the TP as the Plot

You could but they would need to be symbols rather than terrain features.  Best to do it the way Glenn does. Sidewalks work great as 3D plot lines.  I sometimes even put in survey stakes.
