mtldesigns
I need to change an existing drawing (layout) from an arch D to an arch E size (builder request). Is there anyway to do this without starting over? The existing template is arch D, and I do have an Arch E. I was hoping for an easy swap out, but I am stumped. Thank you in advance. Chopsaw
Yes no problem. Just change your paper size on the D layout and copy over page 0 and whatever else you might need from your E layout then just rescale and adjust as required for the larger paper. mtldesigns
so basically on page 0, redo the temp-plate to an Arch E size, adjust paper size, etc..... ? not bring in a Arch E existing layout? Genius! Thanks Chop... I was thinking I had to delete the D and insert an E... this makes sense, the layout is not a block as it would be in a dwg file. Chopsaw
Or you can being in E on a new Annoset and have both and just turn them on and off. Joe seems to have it working but mine still has a few bugs.

Joe_Carrick
I have Arch B,C,D,&E all on page zero - but they are on different sets of Layers. I have a Layer Set for each size. This is a trick Scott Hall taught me several years ago.
