Designer1
I dont use bay windows much but I decided to use the Chief bay window tool. I wanted to delete the default windows in the bay and just copy and paste some other windows I have in the plan. When I did that it a message dbx came up and said you cannot place windows in a locked item. I searched around for how to unlock it but couldnt figure this out. Whats the magic key to allow for pasting windows into bays? Thanks!
Kbird1
Box,Bay and Bows use the default Window , so you can perhaps change it there 1st if different from those used? you can also use TAB or the Next Icon to access the Windows in a box,bay or bow window too , to edit the in-place windows click over the window then hit TAB or the Next Icon and the selection should shift to the individual Window. DRAWZILLA
I build bay's and box outs manually, then you can do it any way you want. The auto system for those are just too limited.

Designer1
Thanks for all the input. Sounds like the bay, bow window tools are pretty pointless. I just liked how they easily can be moved around and changed. Sounds like some engineering on the tools might be a good idea to make these tools more popular.
