  1. Thanks for sharing that Robert. Very neat!
  2. When I raytrace in X10 the percentage complete and running time for each pass show up right at the bottom of my monitor screen.
  3. Thanks Rene, That's really great. - Bill
  4. Yep. Just make sure that "moldings" is turned on for that camera view, in the layers display.
  5. You can achieve the material difference that you are after by deleting the bottom member from the cabinet, and adding a shelf, with zero as its separation height. The shelf material can then be set to whatever you want.
  6. Hi, My snap setting, which I have never adjusted, is 12 pixels, so I guess this is the standard setting for X9.
  7. Thanks very much!
  8. Thanks Dave, this just led me to sign up with ChiefTutor (Prime). - Looks like there's a lot of good stuff there!
  9. Thanks for that, Joe. Will be very useful. - There are some great people on this forum!
  10. Or simply add a custom countertop to the back of the cabinet, at the width you want the overhang to be.
  11. Yes, I have the same card in my notebook, with the same recognition of only 4 GB. Does this mean that Chief is only using 4 GB, or is it just reporting wrongly?
  12. Sounds as though you are moving the file, rather than copying it. Are you holding down "control" while you select and drag the file to ensure that it is copying?
  13. Thanks Rene. - Great Table!
  14. I put some brick textures from West Australia on the symbols and content section of the site a few weeks ago, some of which might be useful.
  15. Here are a few cornices that are currently commonly used in Australia. Some of them have extended legs for use in creating ceiling coffers. Hope they are of some use to somebody out there. Cornices.calibz
  16. Oops, just realized that doesn't work with a half wall. Works if you draw a full height wall, look at in cross section, and adjust overall height down to railing height using centre handle, followed by splaying top using corner handle.
  17. Just create the half wall with the top height that you want to have at the higher end. If you then open a cross section view of the wall, and select it, edit handles will appear at the corners. You can then grab a corner and pull it down as required.
  18. The Office above the room where you are trying to create the ceiling coffer has a structural floor level of 149.5", whilst the default for the floor above is 148". This is why you are getting the message of 2 ceiling heights. I enclosed the area on the upper floor over the office, changed the floor level of the office to 148", and the problem went away. Cheers, Bill.
  19. And a few more from another supplier. Austral Bricks. (W.A).calibz
  20. I have attached some brick textures from West Australia. Hope they are useful. There are some single course high bricks, and some double course high. Midland Brick. (W.A.).calibz
