  1. Jason, I was bored this morning so I messed around with Unit 1. Here is a quick render. I kinda went a little Craftsman on ya with this unit. I feel like stained moldings scream 1980's so I painted them white and added hardwood floors throughout. I feel that it made it feel more open. What do you think?
  2. Lol I see that Joey got to it first. LOL
  3. CKD, This has happened to me many many times... If you click in the area of the sheet where the pdf was, it's outline is there, just not the pdf, then you can re-link it. I save everything to my desktop and then reorganize it into folders later and I always end up with the same results! Good Luck!
  4. I used to get ahead of myself when building my models and would skip the roof. Always had light bleeding. Now the minute I have the rooms drawn, I throw a roof on that puppy, and that always seems to "cure" my problem.
  5. Perry!?! Why don't you do more videos? LOL
  6. You know Chief should let you "break" stairs like cad boxes so we can just drag the darn things over the top of the wall to get the look you're going for. It would be nice if stairs were more versatile. Just my silly opinion! This is how we design almost all of out stairs!
  7. Happens to me all the time. I do the same thing Perry does. Just drag a new one in it's place. (Glad I'm not the only one this was happening too! Thought I was going crazy )
  8. If you attach the plan, I'm sure we can get this figured out in no time. Never had window or door casings disappear unless I accidentally turned them off in the specification dialogue box. I'm stumped at this point.
  9. Buzsaw204, that looks like an easy fix, just post the plan and I guarantee you'll have it answered by lunch!... Or whatever time it is where you are...LOL
  10. It would be nice to draw a cad line and convert it to a light. Like a rope light. It would work great for tray ceilings!
  11. Perfect that worked wonderfully. Thank you Michael!
  12. What am I missing here? Why isn't the sink flush with the bottom of the counter top? I don't normally have this problem. Problem.zip
  13. That's amazing! I love the brick. I can never get the arched windows to look right with brick on them.

    Beautiful Home. Good Job!
  15. Until I reached Scott's post I thought my computer had messed up! LOL
  16. I email my plans to my boss and clients daily. I just send the plan to layout, then click print, then it gives you the option to "save as PDF" Then send that sucker on over.
  17. I honestly didn't see anything rude on this thread. It wasn't made clear what you had posted. So please forgive us for drawing conclusions. For future reference maybe a description would be best to clear up confusion. Have a great evening.
  18. Thank you guys for the help you gave me last night. This is the final elevation we went with. Your help was greatly appreciated!
  19. Archijef2000, I don't get it either. however, every time I see your profile pic, I get a kick out of it! Bravo! LOL
  20. Brinkbart, I haven't used them yet, but I will let you know on here or in a personal message how they turn out. Been a little busy finishing up with my current client. Have a great day!
  21. I know this sounds silly, but I place a soffit into the plan and place the material I want to copy on it, them I save it to the library and voilà.
  22. Thank you for giving it a try. feel free to send it my way. Thank you!
