Thats a screenshot off the internet of what I am needing.....I did the design for an engineer of a bathroom and the city is requiring men and women signs on the doors on the elevations. I also forgot how to add the material/image to an object/pline solid if that is what you are asking.

I guess this is the right area to post but do we have these in our library?

Working on something new here guys. There was a thread a while back that explained this but how do we bring down the wall material to cover porch beams? I cannot and do not want to push them "up" to hide them. Thanks By the way I use the "floor/ceiling beam" tool to create these if that matters........

Here is the how I wanted them to sit on top of the top plate. Like I said, I normally can figure out where I went wrong but I messed with so many settings this time I am stumped. I had I-joists and the roof auto build worked perfect but I talked the builder and they preferred trusses for A/c duct. I wish trusses could be set up in the roof structure like the I-joists instead of manually pulling them from end to end. Maybe I'm wrong though. I have the sub fascia and fascia sizes like I want them.

No, most builders have their own cabinet guys who take my drawings and do their thing. I still provide them though and just provide as much info as I can.

Thanks guys, I am experimenting with the auto elevations. I like the NKBA CL dimensions it gives to appliances and such is why I use them.

One thing I have never figured out is how to get the NKBA dims to measure to the center of openings or the rough openings and not the casing. I have checked and unchecked so many boxes in the settings and still nothing? Advice?

yes, just a 2d receptacle, just for the electrical plan. Going in a wood shop with a lot of power tools. Sounds like making your own symbol is the way to go......

Because all hell broke loose when I upgraded from X12-X13 from my library and other files. I finally got X13 set up just like I want. I will upgrade in the future though and read more on migrating settings.
