i found the solution.....

it is using wall type> Railing/Fence , with Railing > On.  with "Insulation Air Gap" instead of any Wood Framing in Material for that upper Wall.

i've not compare that....plan created in X13 Vs. new plan in X14.

but yes,  extremely, unbearable response times in X14

All 3 these, Perspective Full, Floor, & Framing Overview tasks, took 7.6 Second switch to Perspective view.

To put in short, if you offer your professional service on this Forum and someone pays you $600-$700CAD for that service (like building custom macros). They should build you something, no? not just promise “I’ll send you it tomorrow”, and disappear and never hears from him again.  @Gawdzira so is that sarcastic or ironic?

im need some Marcos programming service to provide a Macros to calculate the Area percentage, 

i would like to build a macro to calculate the Percentage of the secondary polylines: Sod, sdwk, Buidable, etc. against "Property/100%' Polyline.

i think it would just be the marcos placed into the Comment Field of each polyline that do the Math of 2400/7000, thats 34%.

this is a Custom Schedule i've generated with the info i needed. 

please pm me your fee....for this and i would also like get few more Macros done from time to time.

the lower Stairs is On & showing in one Section View and not the other View.

both views are cut at same plane, and not cutting thru any walls.

is this a bug or the norm...and how to turn it On/off?

is there a Setting for have Air Space in the Vaulted Ceiling to drywall, when you uncheck [No Flat Ceiling Over Room]

when you check this...the drywall is mounted to the Rafters....is there a setting to able to drop the Vaulted Ceiling plane lower??

i was clicking & playing on all those Checks the other day.  and couldn't back track & remembered  what i've clicked, that caused that.

in X14...recently, idk what i did, i lost the ability that turn Off the non-object Layers, when an Object is Selected.

before, when i select an object, only the Layers of that object is displayed (turn On) and all other Layers is turn off Automatically. Isolate layer?

now idk what i did,  now when a select the object, all layers stays On, and not isolate anymore.

My X12 Setting still has it, and working as is should.....

i use anyone one of the Level to compose it in my Box Layout (wether it's Level 0, 1, 2..use the level that largest footprint)

then Copy & Paste Into place, that LAyout Box on the next sheet

Open the LAyout Box Spec....& change the Floor Level Option >Current Floor > to what next Level you want.

i just noticed / discovered this today, in X14.

yes, i get the point. just have to establish a "reference" elevation. whatever it may be, on your personal drawing method.

one thing to mention tho...i alway wonder why Terrain Perimeter is dimension Opposite relative 0"/0' height.

(+)12' to move the T/P down....and (-) to move Up.  this alway confuses me.

not sure when or where i've change this...or this is Automatic based on some Layer default.

but the Linetype on the Marquee Selection Window is now a Dash linetype, not Solid as it use to be.

i just can get TR to work properly. simple testing plan with Front & Back T/R at -8'-0".

it seem to suppresses the entire Terrain Perimeter (@ 0') to the same -8' level.
