YES, for sure. wait for the next generation Max Studio with the M4 chip!!

my M1 is great. up until X15 it was absolutely perfect machine. but it's a bit slower already running the current X16.

@buzzsaw204 please provide a plan file. I can't diagnose what that polyline is or what layer its on and if its just a polyline or a polyline based object. It looks like you have a polyline based object below your terrain perimeter which you are selecting and is likely on another layer

Thats the Text Style of whatever layer that line is on

it's not!  this is the Temporary number show up during you are editing the poly like, stretching and pulling the handles.

The text style on the poly line is different than the editing text style.

look in the wall DBX, there you can add any pitch you want different than the default on a wall-by-wall basis.

    pitych options for each wall.png

yes, you can set each wall to different pitch.

But when you auto generate the roof, the opposite side steel takes the pitch of the main roof.

Even if you break the wall, and assigned it a different pitch.

    Hi friends,

I'm using the technical illustration rendering technique for my interior elevations, and there's a weird light orb on the image, top, center. Is there a way to get rid of this?

i have same issue of this...and been wanting to ask this question.

  7. hi,

Back in ver. X15, the layering for Auto Detail was placed in separate "CAD, Default" layer.  which was great because I could change the line type to a thinner Line to print.

Now in X16,  the layering for Auto Detail was placed in same layer as the wall of its placing in "Wall, Normal" , "Wall, Foundation" layer. which takes the same line weigh that I can't change.

Is there a setting for Auto Detail, I can change the layering back to X15 method.

This is currently working for what I wanted to achieve but I'm wondering if there is a better way to accomplish that might be easier.

I've always been frustrated on this topic as well... I wish there was a way to set a global scale and output size, and you can free to adjust the drawing scale.

Same with me, I work on a smaller projects and sometime my drawing scale can be more obscure, 5/32" or 3/16" just so I can fit on my 11x17 pper that is my standard.

You never drag items from the library. I'm pretty sure you just select it in the library and Draw a wall out as you normally would.

it would have to exist in the Plan for you to use it.

if it's not....then you would need to Create/make a new OR import it, so that you have it, to able to use it.
