DakotaContractor
Anyone here export from CA to Thea for their rendering? If so, would any of you be willing to answer a quick question either here or via emails? Thanks.
Dennis_Gavin
Do a search on Thea in the general forum. There are a couple of gals that use it.
DakotaContractor
Yeah tried that. Only one I was able to find was Lourdes (wrightdzign).

DakotaContractor
Do you happen to know her user name Dennis? Couldn't locate her via Kathleen Moore. Trying to see if any of them could help me with a issue I'm running into in Thea with an export from CA. Didn't want to outright pose the question here since this isn't a Thea forum lol. But I'm not a registered Thea user yet since I'm in the demo, so couldn't use their forums either. weeee Ohh I wonder if Jintu uses Thea.

DakotaContractor
Thanks Michael. I think I would feel mildly awkward contacting her through her business to ask a Thea question lol.
Greg_NY61
I export the model from CA to Sketchup and use Thea renderer from there
Alaskan_Son
Thanks Michael. I think I would feel mildly awkward contacting her through her business to ask a Thea question lol. I couldn't remember her Chief member name but after skimming through the "time to show your goodies" thread I found it pretty quickly… https://chieftalk.chiefarchitect.com/index.php?/user/513-dr0591/
DakotaContractor
Thanks again Michael. One of these days I'm going to actually help YOU =P lol. Hey Greg, is there a particular reason you go to Sketchup first? Does it help with the import process into Thea in some way?
Greg_NY61
I check everything out and change a few textures to Thea textures and its very easy to make adjustments to the model in sketchup if you see anything that needs adjutment
