dshall
Another way... Get into Fillet Edit mode. Select the polyline or whatever you want to fillet. Get into the Fillet command by shortcut, menu, toolbar or whatever. At this stage you can use a hot key or the Set Fillet Radius icon on the Edit toolbar to set the fillet radius. Click exactly in the corner you want to fillet. http://screencast.com/t/m5ZUVcFyT1 I sent it into Brian Beck, this is his response... "Thanks Scott, I have logged this request in our database." Those guys up there don't show me any love.....soooooooooo.......tonight I am going to call Jessica Beck (Brian's Boss), I will have a word with her, she will then talk to Brian tomorrow morning over eggs and bacon, and Brian will have it fixed by Monday morning. Glenn, I get your method, I get the other methods, but a quick hot key, a tab, two inputs and I am done..... now that is easy peasy.
glennw
Scott, OK, I think this is as close as you can get with the existing tools. This is only a small variation to what you want in that you need to use Fillet edit mode. Get into Fillet edit mode - with a hotkey. Select the corner and drag along one of the lines - DO NOT DRAG INTO THE CENTRE. Tab. Enter the distance along the line. http://screencast.com/t/VAEgSHo5Kp

HumbleChief
Holding the 'F' key and dragging along the edge, instead of through the center of the arc works too - no need to change 'modes'..
