HumbleChief
Thank you so much for taking your time Jim. I see what you're saying and it fixes it and so it seems if you have monolithic slab foundation checked but no foundation built you can change floor heights? Also I have a combination of stem wall and slab, is that the issue? This is actually new to me. I just created a new simple plan and it seems to act differently. http://www.screencast.com/t/VhfReL5y
ebdesign
Larry, All I know for certain is when I see a value grayed out, it is being controlled elsewhere & go from there. I usually see it w/ cl'g hgts caused by room abv.

Were you trying to lower the elevation on the back houses? Just truing to understand for my own knowledge. I change the floor elevations but I'm not sure if I was doing what you were trying to do. HumbleChief
I did get it resolved but don't really know exactly how. I just keep clicking boxes until it looks the way I want it to. http://www.screencast.com/t/xMOjvbgXVNh
DRAWZILLA
Larry, try going down one level to the "0" level and change the slab height there. I believe once you have a foundation plan then you can adjust it there.
