Wall corner issue

I've been struggling to figure out the issue with this wall corner all day and I'm at a loss.

 

I would appreciate any help I can get to understand the issue and get it resolved.

As you can see in the second and third picture there is an issue with this wall corner. The molding and brick ledge aren't connecting.

Yeah I just turned on Walls, Invisible layer, went into the wall dialog that defines the foyer, and chose Room Divider as the wall type:

Ah so that was the problem! I didn't realize a room divider would cause such an issue.
