Yes I am,that's what started the problems. however TS have just came back suggesting out of date video driver, so just downloading now.

I work on the principle of if it ain't broke don't touch it. but eventually you have to update.

It's also very important to shut down and re-start - just in case ;)

Hi Joe

Yes have been restarting computer multiple times a day, just updated the video drivers and opened CA almost immediately crashed.

So will keep working with TS, might just run a full virus check as well just in case.

I am having CA crash when I manipulate fairly simple 3D Objects. Like, literally a 3D cube that I want to break and make into a stair or something simple. It gives me an error message that won't go away and crashes the program. I am using CA X17. I've been using CA since May of this year so still working my way up the learning curve.

What's the error message?  Are you using the latest update?  These are usually problems with video cards (or the drivers) but it could be a program problem too.  You really haven't given us enough info to make better guesses.

See if this tech article helps:

If not, then you might want to contact tech support.

Thanks DBCooper. I'm new at this forum thing so next time I get the error message I'll share it. I am using the latest update of CA and the latest drivers on my Nvidia 5060 ti GPU. Hoping that I don't get the error message/crash again but I will share here when/if it happens again.
