Best Clear Font

I would enjoy learning what other have found is the best Font and Size for Plan and Layouts that is not Chief Blueprint.

 

I need to change all text to a font and sizes that works for Rich Text and also keeps regular text looking the same as the rich text.

 

Not only text but dimensions also.

 

Maybe there is a way to do this globally so that it does not have to be done for every single dimension set and each text set?

You adjust most fonts quickly by editing the Saved Text Styles. But, there will be some items in every plan that have a custom font and aren't following a Text Style.

These need to be weeded out as you find them. Keep a checklist of those items so you can add that action item to a to-do list for your template plan.

FWIW, I use Arial and Arial Bold for almost everything.  For fixed width I user Courier.

I also use various Arial fonts including Black and Narrow on construction docs. For design and markups I stay with Chief Blueprint. For design notes and markups I'll make a text layer by date  and typically change the color and or ital. bold etc. Then I can just turn it off, slide it to the side ... but it is always there for reference.

I Use:
1st:    Myriad Pro/Myriad Pro Condensed (5" dimensions and labels, 3" small notes, 6" & 8" large notes and labels.)
2nd:  Arial/Arial Narrow (4 ½" dimensions and labels, 3" small notes, 6" & 8" large notes and labels.)
