Ceiling goes from 12' in Great Room to 10' in Kitchen and when I try to add a tray ceiling in the Kitchen, this is what happens... (see before tray is added, and then after)... DBCooper Posted 10 hours ago Share Posted 10 hours ago I think that is an issue with tray ceilings not liking room dividers between rooms. There might be some workarounds but I don't know them off the top of my head so you might want to search this forum to see if you can find some older posts. I do trays all the time, some with room dividers, and don't have issues like this. Can you post this plan and let one of us look at it? It's got to be a setting or something.
