JAWRIGHT
We do many home with classical details and columns. Why does Chief not have a tradtional Tuscan column? Is there a way to add or download one?

DBCooper
If you can't find something in the core libraries, you should check the bonus libraries to see if one is available. I didn't see one but I didn't spend much time looking. The next place I would look is 3D warehouse to see if there was one I could download. Be careful about surface counts though because some of the stuff there has way too many surfaces which is fine if you only need one column but if you need a bunch of them it might really hit your performance. The other solution is to build one yourself using the modeling tools in Chief. Or if you prefer, another 3d modeling program that you already know and use. And lastly, you could always request that Chief build one and include it in their libraries here: https://chieftalk.chiefarchitect.com/forum/8-suggestions/ Edited August 22 by DBCooper
PitMan71
it would be great if someone had the HB&G line of columns.

Simply trace the product drawing at the correct scale and use it as a molding profile on a circle or square polyline converted to a molding. Obviously this wouldn't work for carved capitals.
