winterdd
Hey guys, I set up my dimensions to round off to the nearest 1/2" on this particular job and noticed this. I design to 23' but it dimensions to 23-0 1/2". Not good. Is there an X15 update to fix this bug?
tundra_dweller
It might have to do with your dimension rounding method / grid snap settings. 1

DBCooper
If you want to know if you have the latest update for your version, just go to the help menu and use the "download program updates" tool. This will tell you if you have the latest version, which you probably should make sure you have. As far as your dimensions are concerned, I bet that Brett is right that it has to do with the rounding method. Chief uses some logic that tries to make sure that your intermediate dimensions will always add up to the overall dimensions so your plans won't look wrong. If you really want them to be right, you probably need to check all of your dimension values to make sure they are set correctly. If you are still having problems figuring out where it is having the problem, then you should post your plan.
para-CAD
Did you have that issue before rounding to ½"? I keep mine at 1/16th and force objects to move to the exact dimension I want. So far, the CAD obeys me.

Keeps things interesting!

However, I can work around it because I cannot figure it out.
winterdd
Should it be under "distance rounding"?
