Archnot-Boltz
When are you going to post the list of new features? And where's the beef (seems like there isn't much happening that would allow me to make my drawings more accurate from a builders perspective)?-BB 1
para-CAD
I missed the show so I’m looking forward to seeing if there’s a way to watch a recording of what you all did 2

SWBDesign
Looks like we’re getting the ability to add sub-folders in the project browser!!! Brilliant!
mthd97
Hi, Regarding question one about increasing the size of the text inside the schedule boxes without expanding the boxes. Can a schedule be sent as a “view to cad” to explode all the lines that define the boxes ? If it can be done then you would be able edit the text without expanding the boxes. I Haven’t used CA extensively since X10 but others might be able to comment if that is actually possible right now ?

That might be just what it looks like in the Project Manager. I'm not sure it's indicating an ability for us to add sub-folders. It would be nice if it is but I don't think so. I Haven’t used CA extensively since X10 but others might be able to comment if that is actually possible right now ? I had a hard time envisioning what the user wanted to achieve. If the layout box doesn't change and we doubled the text size in the rows, then immediately there is a word wrap problem in "Size" and "Description" fields. At a minimum the box has be adjusted to resolve "Size" and columns 2-4 can't be sized any smaller than their current headings. Column 1 could be smaller and word wrap, but then the 3D image gets smaller. Column 8 could be smaller and word wrap, but Chief would need to know which fields can and cannot be word wrapped to programmatically resolve this on the fly. mthd97
I personally liked the 3D editing tools for the HVAC plumbing pipe. The ability to edit a texture so you can control where it starts and ends including its rotation and its size. I look forward to seeing what other new things have been included in X17.
