Screen Capture and Voice Record for the Novice

Windows has screen record in the snipping tool... it works... but does anyone recommend better.

I currently do not have a voice recording gadget.

 

I want this setup, for now, as a once-in-a- while thing, but even so will pay a little extra for something that's easy to use and has decent play-back.

I have a Zoom account and have used that for screen recording.
