Suppressing the dimension value is changing the color of the text? Setting?

When I add this text to the segment on this dimension line and then "suppress the dimension" it turns the color of the text from the normal blue to this other color. I cannot find where this setting is to change it. Anyone know?

Possibly this setting?  The setting highlights dimension text that has been "messed with."
