johnny
Is there a way to get a custom fence panel to run through the posts?

Thats too bad there isn't a way around this to have my cake and eat it too so its automatic.

I can't seem to get the wall intersection tool to miter the corners.
GeneDavis
Or no boards that are part of the fence, and make the panels with moldings.

Exposing the framing of a half wall with girts and a cap looks fairly close. You could put all this framing on a new layer line to show it whenever you needed to. Not exactly sure what you might need to tweak to get it to fit your application or terrain, but it's an idea... 1
ValleyGuy
Off setting girts on both sides looks even better....
