Why are my roof planes not aligning

my roof planes are not aligning. when I join them, they don't center over the porch. I also moved the door over slightly and the floor disappeared. There also appears to be a hole in the wall.

I would guess that the baselines for those roof planes are not sitting on the outside main layer of the exterior wall. It may be easier to take the roof plane that has the correct seat cut and copy/paste and then reflect about an object that is center to your ridge.

To get the floor...just open the room and on the deck tab, select "automatically regenerate deck framing".

Just ignore the warning...you are building a deck over a room below (another deck in this case)...which Chief just cannot seem to contemplate.
