Multiple structures on same plan how do you select floor defaults?

Sorry I'm a new b and may be doing this wrong but if I have two structures on a site plan is there a way I can set the floor defaults for each structure?

Not that I know of. I will select the rooms in the second structure and set their heights. Roofs, if I remember correctly needed to be adjusted as well for height off plate..

I do something similar.

Draw the first structure using the defaults.

Draw the second structure as one big room following the external wall if possible.

Edit the heights (take note of the Absolute and Relative heights) for the second structure and divide it up into your rooms.

Roofs should all work as normal.

You could use match properties or marque select similar.

You could also put them in different plans and then use reference display to see them both.
