I cannot seam to get the siccor trusses to have an energy heel. Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong. I check the box for it but nothing.

In the edit default settings go into the roof option.  Inside the roof uncheck the box with the automatic birdsmouth cut (I think it is auto selected - cannot remember).  Then Rais off plate enter the value for the energy heel height.  Mine is 12".

Do i need to lower the wall hieght so the ridge will not rise up?

no.  The ridge height should adjust higher because the energy heel does that for the truss.  The bottom cord on the energy truss still lays on the top plate.

Find the recent thread "Wall Framing with Scissors Trusses" and read the whole thing.  Then re-read it.  Take notes about the settings and the moves.

For after the fact roofs (not or no longer auto built) You can also selected the roof planes go into the transform replicate, and move in the Z direction the desired amount off plate. Then select the trusses, open them up and select "Truss rebuild"

 

your ceiling plane is at 109-1/8 but it is to the outside wall. not sure if that is what you are looking to do. CA has a good article on ceiling planes and the options for where to delineate them

They've been adjusted manually so they're no longer automated:

that fixes it. plus .. ceiling plane along inside of walls, uncheck birdsmouth, raise off plate 12". rebuild all roofs and wall framing. And then finally, select trusses and rebuild
