bobditch
Can I use a "fill" instead of shingle material. The shingles are just too distracting in exterior elevations and perspective views. I've been using a white "color" but it doesn't work well especially in perspective, no outlines. There has to be an easier way - I hope. Thanks in advance, Bob
tommy1
Just use a color instead of a roof material.
bobditch
I have been doing that but the roof outline does not shoe in perspective.
Kiwideziner
Try a new material with no pattern.
DavidJPotter
You can merely turn off "3D Patterns" layer in "Display Options" but of course that turns off all pattern files, try it and see if that does it for you using only vector views. ArthurDent
Turning off the patterns in the layer display options will turn it off for all materials. Just use the "rainbow" tool to change the roof material from "shingles" to "area".
