RobUSMC
I have an 8 year old Dell Alienware desktop that I used then passed it on to one of my designers. Just loaded X-14 and it says the video card does not meet minimum requirements. Attached is a screenshot of the video card specs. X-12 and 13 runs fine. Does X-14 require a much newer video card? DBCooper
Check the system requirements and the known incompatibilities: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/products/sysreq.html https://www.chiefarchitect.com/products/known-incompatibilities.html If that doesn't help, I would try tech support. So time for new PC's Rob, I'm pretty sure I have some 10 series GPU's that I'm not using. Let me know if you want one of them.
