At least that's the only way I can reproduce what you have. Object number one is there it is just not showing a 2D symbol, if you were to include the number column I bet you would see the number. Which would mean that the object doesn't have a 2D symbol. Right click that row in the schedule and select "open row object". Note tab look at text above line- is it blank? should say %simple_schedule_number% Then the line style tab- is it using a layer that is off? or is the line style a blank? Below are the settings I used to reproduce what you have for the first item. There could be some other way to reproduce it but would need the plan for that. gelbuilding
Thanks Mark Yes using notes and creating custom categories for the individual room. Works good now. I did another bathroom and when i added the glass shower wall i lost the numbers of the note marker in this room, I changed the room to match the room for the Lables and still dont appear, any suggestions? Both rooms are Ensuite 3. This is from one of the notes in shower area.
Chopsaw
Hi George, I think the issue now is that you can not specify two specific rooms in the same schedule. I think you need to "Include Objects from Room: " as " All " ( Note that it is Room and not Rooms ). Then hopefully rely on your " Ensuite 3 " Custom Category to isolate the things you need in that schedule. Hope that is it.

If you still wanted to keep it room specific you could change the glass wall to have no room definition with this instance Alternatively use fixtures with the attributes assigned which opens up the room location attribute and a little more flexibility
