Extra line at window with offset mullion

Recommended Posts

See images. This window is shown with a technical illustration rendering technique. Why do we get that extra line after offsetting the window mullion and is it possible to get rid of it through the dbx? I have a house full of these windows and would rather not make all custom mullions and then have to hack the window schedule.

Hi Eric,

Thank you reporting this to us. I have sent this issue over to our software development team for correction.

That looks like a bug to me but are you really putting in 76" casement windows ?  Mulling a casement to a fixed glass makes more sense for what you are doing.

Thanks, Eric. (2018 :( )

Thanks Chop,

It is just a little easier on my end to just make this as one widow in the schedule for energy calcs. The window rep would break it into it's proper pieces and then factory mull them. I had not yet made the 48" non operable in the dbx.

Had this happen one time and changing the glass to another type (from regular to grey or...) worked that one time to fix it...  But I do it so rare this way it was a long time ago.
