K-Lynn
In X11 is there a quick way to show just a roof plan without turning off all the other layers?
Chopsaw
Sure go to your All Off Layer Set and turn on the layers you need and make a copy of it an call it Roof Plan Set. Or I think there is a Default Roof Plan Layer Set that you could try or modify. Hope that helps. Welcome to the forum.
rgardner
If you are using the chief template or import the view sets from the standard template there is a Roof framing and a Roof plan saved plan view as well. The "new" way of doing layer set control.
tracyswanson
Newbie here.... My X12 is not showing a Roof Plan Set in the dropdown... is it not a default? Or do I create that ?
Chopsaw
If you are just starting out it would likely be best to use an X12 template plan which has those as Ryan said. Look here to be sure you are using the latest version: C:\Program Files\Chief Architect\Chief Architect Premier X12 (64 bit)\Templates
Michael_Gia
In the Project Browser of the X12 Residential Template Plan.
