Moving A Jpeg In Tiny Increments

I have a jpeg logo with a line in it. I am trying to move the jpeg to line up with a vector line, but it keeps jumping either side of the line. Is there a way to fine tune the movement or an easy way to get them to line up?

I did use the arrow keys and it jumped more. I am in Layout creating a titleblock

Try turning off the Grid Snap.

Try grabbing the move handle, hitting tab, and then entering the correct angle and a very small measurement of movement.

Remember too that Layouts are measured in Paper Size.  The Grids may be as much as 1/8" and you might need to move the Logo only 1/128".  IAE, you could probably get very close with the Pt-to-Pt Move Tool.

Estimate the distance and then use the transform/replicate tool.  You may not be exact on the first try, but should be able to zero in on it quickly.  I often zoom in and draw a box and then measure it to get a close estimate of the distance.
