After sending Cross Elevation to Layout. 1st time to layout received color view. 2nd time sent to layout, & afterwards only receive “cad “ view. If want to use color view only, how best do that? But there must be more going on here so you can open the layout box and change to Plot Lines with color fill or if you want a live view you can double click on the layout view and change how it will render in plan view. It looks to me like Vector view you had the first time but that could be Standard, or Watercolor or any of the other choices. Kbird1 Posted August 18, 2017 Share Posted August 18, 2017 Looks like you have accidentally turned off Colour in Vector views to me hit F8 or got to View>Color or there is an Icon too on the toolbar looks like a house with a 1/2 black and white Roof.
