capitaldesigns
I input an existing master bathroom that was a platform bathtub. The client wants to remove the platform bathtub and replace it with a free standing bathtub. When I removed the platform bathtub, which I used polyline solids to make the platform, I see that the baseboard molding is missing on the walls where the platform was. How do I get the baseboard molding to show on those walls ? Thanks, Mike Niami_Kitchen_Remodel_2.zip
Griffin
Nice. Draw a CAD line in plan along the wall. Convert it to a 3D Molding Polyline line. Open the object and add your molding from the library.
MarkMc
open the room dbx, moldings, use default, change to 5" to match the other baseborad
Joe_Carrick
Select the Room and then "Create Room Molding Polyline". Click any segment that doesn't have the Molding and check "Molding on Selected Edge.
capitaldesigns
Eric, That area with the cabinet and the enclosed space to the right are a part of the chimney. The chimney is the same width from bottom to top. They took a part of the chimney on the second floor and made it a part of the master bathroom. I need the walls of that area to extend above the roof with the rest of the chimney. I did not know how to do that if that area was included in the master bedroom so I made it into 2 separate rooms. Thanks, Mike
