I-7 computer G 1015 it - video card.
chief58
No problems on this end printing on my plotter 24 x 36 and regular printer 11x17
Kiwideziner
As I understand it you are printing direct from the plan. I send all views to layout to print and only have a short load time.
DRAWZILLA
I kind of agree, it seems like printing is just getting slower with each version even when printing to pdf. X8 was faster.
chief58
Graeme I send everything to my layout sheets the print to Chief's pdf file then to my plotter or printer which ever I want them to go
Breeze_Wood
I print all the ways above ... even to print a fl pln for a quick 8x11 there is a 20-30 second delay, just getting to the dialogue - I'm afraid it is on my end which really sucks. Alaskan_Son
Mike (and any others experiencing the same frustrations), try this... Open your Print Layout dialog and under Preview uncheck Update Automatically... I think it's the constant update that really slows things down for most people. If you need to see the preview go ahead and click update. Much like live views sent to layout, I think the automatic update is probably better left turned off for most situations. Just update when you feel the need.
