SusanC
Hi, Our firm has 3 remote offices. I create the layout templates at my office and save them in a file in Chief. That file, along with our client files are all synced to Sugar Sync for the other two offices to access. When one of the other offices opens up my layout template, the logo cannot be found. Why is this? I have the logo saved in a file that is with the rest of the synced files in Sugar Sync. Shouldn't the other computers be able to access that when they open up the layout file? Any thoughts on how I can solve this? Thanks, Susan
dshall
Open the logo dvx and check SAVE IN PLAN or when you go to other computer select logo and open dvx and locate the file or save the logo itself in the folder that the plan is in.
lbuttery
the file path is probably different amongst the PC's if that can't be rectified select the logo in the PC it can be found and open the dbxand set "save in plan" Lew

Gawdzira
This is a good habit to develop on any image that you drop in to a CA plan or layout file. "Save in Plan". One day, when things are better and the sun shines all the time (like San Diego) CA will make that a default setting to save the image in the plan. I would much rather need to opt out of saving in the plan than always asking "Ohh snap, what the flip, gardanganaandadataa, where did that image go? lbuttery
CA will make that a default setting to save the image in the plan Alan: yep, been asking for this for almost a decade CA's attitude is that this is a ridiculous suggestion we can only hope....
