As an aside...that upper looks like a full overlay door, ensure you have a filler at the wall so that the door opens properly.

Yes Sir. Until 2020 we we're still using the 2013 IRC and 2015 IBC. I believe the 2020 Indiana Residential Code was the first year we actually referenced a State code for residential construction.

Not without your plan file. It could be your SILL PLATE default is overriding the setting you are showing above, or a framing setting is throwing something off. I've not seen this situation before.

The 3/4" gap is because you have the sub-floor layer checked as framing, uncheck that box. As for the sill plate, that setting looks off as well and is found in the foundation ddx.

Just use the fence tool and adjust it to what you want.

Hmm...I think you are mistaken. I have different anno sets for all scales. Select new CAD detail, set the anno(default)set, and go to work...

Open the floor dialog box and delete the sub-floor layer, then change the framing layer to 4" and concrete, uncheck the framing box. That's it, don't overthink it.

That is because when you created the wall for the pass-thru you created a room the tub is sitting in and now that "room" is not visable. Make the wall "NO ROOM DEFINITION" and what's behind it will show.

Check the size of the SUB FASCIA. It's too small causing the fascia to be cut at that size.

I tend to use the material region tool. I create a batten and then muti-copy as needed all over the plan. 

Choose to align the walls from the inside face. There is a checkbox.

You are saving the new layer set over top of the saved plan view. Read up on Saved Plan Views.

Select the "room" just outside the exterior walls and hit the button to make a room molding polyline. Add your profile from there. This method will automatically cut your openings for you as well.

Yes and no. First, remove the 12" heel if you don't want it. Second, just start designing with auto roofs on and let it put trusses on the porch. When the design ready, change the porch roof to standard framing and mark it as edited so that it won't change if you make a revision.
