If I understand your problem you can group copy all of your changes, switch to page 0, and use edit > paste > paste hold position. Then go back to Sheet 1 and delete the sheet.

And at the very least document the bejeezus out of everything including your time posting here. You can write it off as a bad debt including all efforts to collect. Collected or not a lien and a judgement will show up as "high impact" on their credit report. As Alan said - collection agency. They'll have fun screwing with them for a contingency.

Go to your layer settings in that elevation and check Cabinets, Wall. Change the line style.

Changing the angle of a valley doesn't raise or lower a ridge. The pitch or the plate heights affect the ridge height. From the look of the house its possibly trusses with an energy heel that would raise ir some what. The right gable is off because the valley lines aren't equal. You can see it with eyeing it but on your graph paper the right valley is a full square north of the left valley. In using Chief get used to being accurate - very accurate. Handles X13 (in all its glory) with two 27" Samsung monitors plugged in, G710 keyboard and G502 mouse, Google, MS Office - Xcel, Word & Outlook all running at same time with no problem - very good setup. If not too late Dell will give you 12 months interest free on line if you are buying Alienware and can fog a mirror

Have you tried disabling Nahimic? Until I came across Mick's post NOTHING would stop the weird s** lets call it stuff from happening on my new Alienware hooked up to (2) external monitors. Tech, good as they are, had no solution. The problem was at its worse when dragging a window to another monitor. Disabled Nahimic and no more problems - worth a try. I'll repost K Birds post from about a year ago. Saved me a bottle of xanax Since the Alienwares and NVIDIA cards are so tuned to gamers I think that setup is especially sensitive to the interference Some info appears to have disappeared from the Forum about this Issue so this is just a repost for Future Users to find ie a PSA. ** Removing the Sonic Radar Win 10 App only solved it for me, there was no need to remove Sonic Studio App or the " Nahimic Service" which is needed for Sonic Studio to work, though some have reported they had to remove both the Sonic Apps to solve this. I was having many problems with (2) monitors hooked to my new laptop a year ago. I disabled Nahimic and it solved everything.

Using a Logitech G502 corded mouse. Switched out to a G302 and same problem

Wow exactly why I just signed on. X13 was working fine except for little quirks like change my 8x8 doug fir posts to bronze or randomly changing a polyline solid back to concrete. Annoying but easy fix. I'm working on an extensive timber frame. Cut a back clipped section to modify rafters and beams and BAM. Cursor works fine until I highlight a CAD item I'm modifying before converting to solid and the cursor becomes unlivable. Slide over to another monitor with the plan up and everything normal.....PITA

Use a soffit. Position it where the pilaster goes. Align top and bottom at footing. Use the the material eyedropper from the wall to the soffit and the grout lines will line up. Use CAD to patch the plan view

I have a CAD line in my layers called CAD, Whiteout... set to about 25 it covers most "unwanted" lines and can always be increased if need be. Handy to block a cross as well for those pesky dimension extensions that cross. Just copy paste on the intersection.

As Gene said, the floor composition is in the structure tab>edit floor. You can build the floor layers similar to "building" a wall. You adjust the elevation of the materials with absolutes, rough and most important stem wall - top of footing to top of mud sill. Set your heights relative to all your structural elements and required rough height and you'll be fine

I think the program is reading two switches controlling the same outlet - three way. Try overlaying a different outlet, receptacle, etc. and put it on its own layer so you can "white it out" - Make sure one switch goes to each hot point.

Do it all the time. Basic architectural drafting standard (at least when I learned it in the 60's) is the main entry faces the bottom of the sheet or the right. When I change to a smaller scale such as 1/8" I send as a key plan and separate into 1/4" plans at logical and clearly marked break lines

Have you tried File>Back up entire plan ?

Or where you're trying to pull the dimension draw a cad line. They'll snap to the section lines. The dimension will snap to the cad lines. If you make changes to the model you can move the line by the connected dimension

Or just go to the dbx and tell the pasted window not to include in schedule. Like Eric says if you put it on its own layer you can just turn it off in elevation... Good one Eric

Don't know if you'd call it a solution...more a work around. On your first floor copy the window go to second floor and Edit>Paste>Hold Position or CNTRL ALT & C Go to the elevation and and adjust the pasted window over the original. Remember to modify any schedule you might have. Just saw David's reply... I think he's looking for tall picture window to show on first and second.... correct?
