Where is the best place to by the Disto with the built in camera?

The city historical team is driving me nuts! They wan the window labels to be in order going around the house. Can I change that some how?

Perry, I like that you use circles instead of squares for your window callout labels. It looks better on the elevations. Do you have a paten on that? HaHa Thank You

Yes, things get a little messed up and missed placed but so far not to bad. Easy to fix

I'm with you Charlie. You need all those measuring tools. Just a laser don't cut it by itself and it doesn't work to good in the sun or for outside to outside corners. As for the electronics ipad I think pen and paper is simpler than messing around with a screen you are trying to see in the sun and sweating all over it. Might work fine inside. Also if the batteries goes dead your in trouble.

The floating wall went away when I rebuilt the foundation. Not sure what happened. This drawing was complete and somehow the file got messed up so I had to fix a lot of stuff,

Ok, all problems solved! I rebuilt the roof in the front and the bad corner went away. Thanks guys

That wall got broke somehow and got off the foundation also. Not sure how it happened but It solved a lot of problems when I reconnected and rebuilt the foundation.

I tried the "Fix wall connections" and "The wall connect" tool and they did not work.

You mean "Auto Refresh Dimensions"? You turn that on in the default dialog box? And then when your done you turn it off?

When you say "draw over it" do you mean drag the handles to change the string to what you want?

Clarify last post, I work mostly for the working class, young, to middle aged couples with one or two incomes that are growing their families and just need more space. Wealthier people with plenty of income can afford a full design without limitations. I have defined the group of people I work for. Some prefer the bigger projects. Joe
