  1. Can someone tell me when I draw a line, arched line, etc, in Layout mode how I can change the line weight / thickness?  Also when I draw a line with an arrow or a leader line in plan or layout, I can re-size the arrow itself but the line weight wont change when I change from lets say a 1 to a 10.

    Thanks

  2. I just took the same plan and made a copy. The actual plan has 7 can lights 4 under cabinet lights and 11 pendants.  In ray tracing this plan take just under 4 mins to complete pass #1. Where as, by taking the same plan and deleting all the pendants only (everything else remains the same) pass #1 completes at 1:25 mins.  Is there a better way to get a decent raytrace with the fixtures we will be using or bottom line if you don't want a dark room and have lighting its going to take three to four times as long to render.

  3. Is there a listing that will show each fixture / symbol in a plan that you can view to see what item or items are slowing the raytrace down?  I have plans of  multiple area that will raytrace in half the time or more than a plan where its a single kitchen only.  It must be a symbol or a texture that I have saved in my library over the years and using in a particular plan. This would allow me to change it with something else with less faces...  thanks

  4. Is there a way to have a rooms molding change colors on a corner?  There is a section of frown that wraps around a interior brick wall and the white crown does not look good and I want to change it to match the cabinets in the room.

  5. Been playing around with this and found a correlation. Anytime a straight half wall is not connected to another wall it does not show the base. This the case when there is a bar / sink wall in the middle of a room.  However, if I craw a wall to connect these "island" walls to a wall on the outside of the room the base appears.  I did a work around and drew a connecting wall from an perimeter wall to the half walls and made it invisible and all looks fine.  Alot to do just for baseboards

  6. There must be a setting that is not correct.  I opened a brand new blank plan and drew four exterior walls to make a closed room. Inside this room I drew one single straight half wall and unchecked both no room definition and no locate and  I get the same thing.  No baseboards on the wall

  7. I have a half wall im using for a kitchen bar wall and at the end of the wall you enter the family room. I need to divide these two areas for a flooring change. When I draw the room divider from a standard height wall over to the half wall i don't get the room separation. Does the room divider tool not work with half walls?
