If i save those camera views, is there a list of all the saved camera views i can select from to open?

Throughout any plan there are multiple camera views for tile design, plumbing fixture layout, cabinet elevations, etc. To keep from having to go to a different layer or turn camera displays on and off is there a tool / setting that will show a list of all the camera views saved to a plan where you open any particular camera would  open that view in whatever layer the camera view was created?

I am designing building installing several display cabinets in a fire depertment where they plan on displaying vintage fire equipment.  I have search on 3D Warehouse and found nothing close. Does anyone have any items that resemble what I have attached?  Vintage fire nozzles, alarms, fire extinguisher.  Thanks for any help

There is a blank area at top and bottom not a seperation

Whenever I remove all the all the shelves from a cabinet it also remove the bottom floor of the cabinet which technically is not a shelf and part of the cabinet box. Same goes for the top of the cabinet.  See attached.  The only way I have found to work around it is to add two shelves with one 1/16" from the bottom @ 1/16" thick and just the reverse for the top.  There must be a reason for this. Hopefully someone else has experienced this and knows the solution.  thanks

What's the best way to upload a plan to the forum?  I tried to do a plan back up without all the textures but it was still too large.

It must be something in this plan. I turned ALL lights off and is still is very slow.  I went back to a previous project where there were more can lights be used and I got my first pass completed in 37 seconds.

For some reason, when I finished a plan and started a raytrace and it is taking an extremely long time (14 minutes for the first pass).  Usually, it will get thru 4-5 passes in 5-10 minutes.  I dont know if there is something in this plan that is causing it.  Not sure how to export the plan to make it small enough to attach here

Im not painting the wall.  I created a new wall and it should have its own materials without effecting any others.  It would be like if it changed the brick on a house and it changes all the walls to brick

Plumbing:  Delta Faucets, Brizo, Moen, Kohler, Blanco Sinks

Lighting:   Progressive, Kishler,  (Need better fixtures in CA)

Appliances:  KitchenAid, Thermador, Vent-A-Hood

Others:   Rev-A-Shelf, HAFELE

I started using the half wall tool for showers where there is a half wall with a glass panel that sits on top. I use a polyline solid for the glass so that's not a factor.  Since our shower half walls are built with 2 x 4 the 1/2" HardiBacker, 1/4" of mortar then the tile I have made a new wall called "Shower Pony Wall" with those layers.  What I was hoping for is to have the ability to change the surface material (tile) on the half wall to whatever the project requires without effecting any other wall.  However, When I first draw the shower wall using my new wall it is fine showing the default tile I used to create the wall and all other wall surface still show painted drywall.  The issue is when I go into the shower wall and change the tile to a new tile it changes every wall surface to that tile.  Any thoughts?

Has anyone had issues with losing some textures after the most recent update?  As soon as the update was completed, I started a new plan and realized I lost most of my floor tiles that I've edited or added to my library of the years.  I have a laptop that has not yet been updated and they are still there.

What is the best way to get those missing textures from the laptop back to my PC?  Export just that tile library to flash drive and replace on PC?

Adding a blank 2nd floor then dragging those wall down to the correct height worked pretty easy.  I put a thin soffit on top of those walls and added crown to them. seem to work fine

Working on a plan where the main bath ceiling is 13' and the enclosed shower and water closet has an 8' ceiling.  Changing the ceiling height in these ares are no issue but I need to have the actual walls at the lower height also to create an open space between these rooms and the main bath ceiling.  Ive tried grabbing that wall and pulling it down but it pulls all the bath walls down.  Any ideas? See the attached photo of the bath.  Thanks

Kind of a pain to flip every wall while drawing as they don't line up with any previously drawn wall. Like a bay window in a master bath remodel. I measure the inside corner to corner, etc. and are the measurements I would like to use drawing.  Flipping the walls by reversing the Start & End seems to work but having to flip each wall just adds to time and frustration.  Would love to figure out how to see a wall dimension for either side and adjust the length based on one wall side or the other

Does anybody know the settings so when you select a wall such as an angled wall it will show the dimensions for both sides of the wall?  I would not only like to see the outside corner to corner dimensions but the inside as well.  Ive tried to click on the inner most part of the wall but keep getting the dimensions for the other side of the wall.  See attached.

Sucks to have a client design review meeting this morning. 

I just tried to go directly to Chief's website and it must be down also. 

Came in this morning, started PC, clicked the X-7 icon, the little blue processing circle was spinning then stopped but X-7 did not open. I clicked X-7 icon again and got the standard "you can't have two X-7's running at the same time" message.  Went to task manager and under Applications nothing was shown to be running. Under Processes it DID show X-7 on the list so I ended that process and rebooted but that did nothing.   I have X-7 on two PC's and one laptop and ALL 3 have the same issue.  I would say a possible virus but I've been on vacation for 10 days and all was running fine before I left and my main PC and the laptop were completely off until a few minutes ago so not Windows or other application update.  Ran a virus scan and

all was clear.  I assume when you open CA it checks your license code online with Chief to confirm an active license so possibly a Chief server issue???  Anybody else having an issue?
