This is due to the tile image you are using, it is not lit consistently across the surface. To prevent 'tiling', be sure to use a seamless image. If you are taking an image from online, specify a seamless texture to get the best image. There are tools available which can help to reduce the tiling effect, this is one I've used https://www.imgonline.com.ua/eng/make-seamless-texture.php . You can also try getting your textures from a site such as Polygon. Substance Player is a great program which includes Tile Builder that will let you create your own image file quite easily, here's a ChiefTalk thread on the topic which includes link to download Substance Player:

My first thought is that you may have an attic wall that is interfering. Hard to tell without seeing your plan, can you post it?

On the toolbar at the bottom of the Library Browser, click on 'Tile Mode' (3rd button from the left), that will give you thumbnails. Also, Rene Rabbit has a YouTube tutorial on the new library browser:

Hi, I would like to know how to change the color of integrated pull only, not the whole door, but i can't it change whole door color.
The pull would have to be a separate material from the rest of the door, where did you get the symbol from?

The procedure I would use would be to open the DBX for the deck and then specify the material in 'Planks, Joists' (at the very bottom of the 'Structure' tab). What have you tried already? It would help if you post the plan.

Open the DBX for "Adjust Sunlight' and change the color ('Lighting Data' tab) to an appropriate shade of blue.

It looks like I may have to upgrade my video card. I have an RTX3080 but it's acting weird. Moving up to the RTX4070 seems the logical choice, but which version? Any advice out there?
What's happening with your video, have you idownloaded the most recent video driver?
-
Are you running the most current video card driver?

Without seeing your system, the only things I can think of would be to adjust the settings on your monitor and also make sure your video card is running the most recent driver.
It would be helpful for anyone trying to give you advice if you were to complete your signature with your system specs (Signature edit is in the panel on the left side of your account settings page)

Sounds like you need to adjust the brightness on your new monitor. As for the difference in clarity between the laptop and the monitor, the first thing that comes to mind is the resolution of the image you're working with. You didn't state what type of file you are working with (jpg, pdf, plan...) but if the original is low resoution, it may look OK on a laptop sceen (15" - 17"??) as opposed to a larger monitor (24" - 31"???).
A little more information would be helpful.

Open the Dialog Box for your pendant and in the 'Options' tab, make sure 'Flush Mounted' is unchecked.

Chief will align walls with their outer edges by default. This article covers the topic in detail:

I misunderstood the OP's intent, Mark's solution is a good one.

You an just place you can lights on your plan view and they should automatically place themselves in the sloped ceiling as long as you un-check 'Flat Ceiling Over This Room' in the structure tab of your room DBX.

Make it from a polyline solid then break the surface and drag it to match your ceiling.
